Rikke Søgaard Larsen joins the board of Process Factory on July 31st, 2024 as our newest board member. At the same time, Bettina Kyhl resigns from the board.
“Process Factory is a strategic IT partner that helps insurers fulfill their social and technical responsibilities. We are part of their critical infrastructure, so we must constantly focus on strengthening our capabilities. Of course, this also applies at the board level,” says Chair of the Board Per Erik Sørensen, who is looking forward to working with Rikke.
“With Rikke on the board, we will strengthen our focus on some of today’s most important agendas, including digital transformation and cyber security,” explains Per Erik Sørensen.
“On behalf of all the colleagues at Process Factory, I would also like to say a big thank you to Bettina for her efforts on the board,” he concludes.
The non-executive board of Process Factory now consists of Per Erik Sørensen (chair), Louise Sparf, and Rikke Søgaard Larsen.
